Adjustable Bench

features 7 bench angle settings from incline to flat, to support you through any exercise.
Interchangeable Features
Prepare your bench press to meet your workout schedule with the attachable
preacher pad with barbell holder and leg extension. Not in use attachments can be
conveniently stored at the back of the bench press, keeping it out of site while you train.
Adjustable Barbell Holder
The fully adjustable barbell holder allows for a full range of user heights and arm lengths as well as a great variety of exercises on the bench press. Compatible with 6ft+ Standard and Olympic barbells.
Chest Flys
The dual resistance arms allow you to train each arm independently, customise the weight with the barbell bar and spring collars.
Tricep Rope
Strengthen your triceps and abdominal with the integrated tricep rope with comfortable foam handles.
Comfortable Padded Cushioning
Break a sweat on the GBN-100 with deluxe thick padded cushioning which has been engineered with breathability and sweat-resistant material.
